Our weekly service offers food, practical support, and a welcoming space for neighbours experiencing poverty, homelessness, housing instability, or food insecurity. We serve an average of 20 people each week, with help from local supporters.
Outreach and Practical SupportDayHomes connects people with food, hygiene items, clothing, basic supplies, referrals, and local resources. Transportation support is offered when available. We build trust through consistent contact and help people navigate the services they need.
